The $15/year service subscription (first year billed now, recurring annually) keeps your SmartContact page live and updatable. Additional custom-design hours (if any) are scoped and billed separately after your approval. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Shipping speeds begin only after your card design is approved and produced — they measure delivery time, not design/production time.
